You see, business is all about the relationship you build with your customers. Once you realise you are in the relationship business, your profits will soar. That’s because you are focused on the buyer, not what you are selling. Your focus is on the prospect, not the product. (Might pay to write that one down.)
This is a BIG subject, and is THE critical difference between those of us who make a lot of money in business and those that don’t.
